Chris Hanson graduated from the University of Leeds with a B.Sc. in Biochemistry in relation to medicine and has diplomas in Therapeutic Massage, Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique. She studied hypnotherapy at the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis in London, gaining her diploma in 1999 and thereafter completing the advanced course and master classes, so being awarded a Master Hypnotherapist Diploma in December 2006.

In 2001 Chris completed an advanced course in Past Life regression with the ICH and furthered her training in regression by completing a Life between Lives Spiritual regression course, based on the work of Michael Newton, with the Past Life Regression Academy in 2006. So impressed was Chris by Andy Tomlinson’s training programmes at the PLRA and the effectiveness of regression for resolving a multitude of issues that she enrolled for his four module Regression Therapy course and completed this in 2010.

Chris was actively involved in martial arts for many years, achieving 3rd Dan black belt in kick boxing and karate, becoming a licensed instructor for the Sports Karate Federation and fighting on the open circuit, nationally and internationally. It was during this time that she became very interested in sports enhancement and subsequently has worked successfully with many sportsmen and women, including Jacey Cashman, World Karate Champion, using motivation and visualisation techniques.

Chris is also an Ultra Depth™ practitioner, capable of guiding clients to the deepest level possible of hypnosis, which can be used for true power napping, temporary relief from lack of sleep, increased healing, inner communication, reprogramming of automatic processes and for major surgery. She teaches clients how to go into this deep level of hypnosis for themselves using their own keywords, a technique which many sports people, in particular, have found very useful.
